Job Title: Salesforce Application Administrator
Department: IT


Job Summary:
The Application Administrator is responsible for the overall management of applications
including Salesforce administration, development, and architecture, with a focus on improving
system functionality and stability. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to
identify requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs. You will also collaborate with
other members of the IT team to ensure the Salesforce platform is integrated with other systems
and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, including the ability to configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs
  • Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Perform data analysis and data cleansing to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design and develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the business
  • Develop and maintain integration between Salesforce and other systems and
    applications
  • Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, customizations, and integrations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and recommend improvements to existing processes and functionality
  • Work with other members of the IT team to ensure system stability, performance, and scalability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze and document current business processes and systems, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories to guide development and testing activities
  • Manage and document cloud applications
  • Manage SSO implementation between applications and work closely with System Administrator to ensure certificates and correct configuration is in place
  • Work closely with developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects
Job Requirements:
  • Experience with Salesforce specifically
  • 2-3 years of IT Administrator experience
Compensation: $70,000.00 per year
