In this role, you’ll help identify and pursue business opportunities with strategic targets and cultivate relationships with inbound and outbound prospects. With a hands-on approach across the full sales lifecycle, you’ll help clients across various sectors scale their business with our world-class services and solutions.

- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, trends and technology

- Proven track record in identifying prospects through demand generation channels and cold-calling

When you join us, we expect you to:
- Develop and maintain a network of business clients by prospecting, building relationships with existing clients, and maintaining a customer base year-over-year.
- Assessing client insurance needs and developing tailored insurance and risk management solutions to meet those needs.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes.
- Meeting sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, as set forth by team lead.

Requirements
- Maintain General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Insurance sales industry experience, preferably in commercial lines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
Pay: Base + commission structure. Base salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications. Competitive commission structure as well!
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
