The Personal Lines Producer can expect to receive:

Daily Activities will include:

  • Outbound solicitation of insurance products to individual prospects, including auto, home, excess liability, life insurance, and other lines.
  • Proactively prospecting & Identifying networking opportunities, centers of influence (such as financial advisors, realtors, or mortgage brokers), and otherwise strategically partner with business leaders to generate referrals for new business sales opportunities
  • Identifying and understanding insurance needs of current and potential clients, demonstrating understanding of multiple insurance markets, as well as being able to make recommendations to meet clients needs
  • Access to multiple property & casualty insurance markets and products, offering a wealth of insurance and risk management options to clients
  • Adopting a consultative approach in recommending coverage
  • Demonstrating credibility and trust throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain in good standing TX General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License (Insurance license must be maintained within the first 2 weeks of employment, we will pay for your training)
  • Display Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills


Requisite Skills Preferred

  • 3-5 years prior sales experience preferred
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaker
  • TX Property & Casualty Insurance License Preferred
  • TX Life & Health License Preferred

Compensation: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
